About the Role

Dot2Shape is looking for a skilled and self-driven 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI/ML models, and building scalable workflows.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing technical projects, making informed decisions, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of tasks from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-based automation solutions.
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications, tools, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop automation pipelines using Python and relevant automation frameworks.
• Work with LLMs, Generative AI, APIs, and AI-based integrations.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.
• Identify opportunities to automate existing business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure solution performance and scalability.
• Independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and make technical decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Experience working with LLMs, such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, and databases.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
