About the Company
Our client is a US-based, growth-stage tech startup. The company is building out its core engineering team and is hiring an experienced Full Stack Growth Engineer to own large-scale, data-driven web experiences and automated landing page systems.
The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on Programmatic SEO (PSEO) experience—someone who genuinely writes clean code to build performant web applications, design database structures, and handle dynamic rendering, not someone who just delivers SEO audit decks or content briefs.
This is a true software engineering role: you’ll own the programmatic page generation pipeline end-to-end, write dynamic frontend components in Next.js/React, integrate Python data pipelines,maintain backend architecture, troubleshoot server latency/ crashes when bot traffic spikes and ensure flawless search indexation with minimal internal layers between code and organic growth.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain production-ready full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js with a strong focus on clean code and scalable architecture.
- Design robust database models (SQL / MongoDB) and REST APIs to process proprietary datasets fed via Python pipelines into dynamic web pages.
- Implement performance-first rendering strategies using Next.js (SSR, SSG, and ISR) to maximize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and crawl budget.
- Build dynamic URL routing, automated schema markup (JSON-LD), conditional template logic, and programmatic XML sitemaps to scale thousands of indexed pages.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hydration, rendering, crawlability, and indexation issues directly within the codebase using Chrome DevTools and Google Search Console.
- Operate independently with real ownership over technical site architecture, code quality, and scalable growth outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on software engineering experience building production web applications in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Demonstrated track record of building programmatic SEO (PSEO) systems, mass page generation frameworks, or dynamic directories.
- Solid backend engineering fundamentals, including database schema design, REST API integration, and working alongside Python data engineering pipelines.
- Deep technical understanding of web rendering mechanics, search engine crawling, indexation behavior, and technical debugging tools.
- Background suited to a lean, fast-moving software company rather than a process-heavy agency environment.
- Based in Pakistan, able to work remote with overlap for core EST collaboration hours.
