Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, working with databases, and integrating frontend and backend systems.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Design, develop, and optimize databases and queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Implement security, authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience with one of:
  • Node.js / Express.js
  • Python / Django / FastAPI
  • PHP / Laravel
  • Java / Spring Boot
  • or a comparable backend technology.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Familiarity with Docker and basic deployment concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating payment gateways or third-party APIs.

Education
